Manpower are recruiting for experienced Butcher/Trimmers for one of our reputable clients based in Broxburn.
Work will be between Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:30pm
The successful candidates will be required to fillet at speed with accuracy, ideally you will have a min 12 months Butchery, Trimming or boning experience. You will need to carry out a knife skill assessment prior to placement. Due to the nature of the role a high level of hygiene will be required any certificates would be advantageous.
