Working on a Rotating shift patern, Monday - Friday 06:00-14:00/14:00 - 22:00, with paid breaks.
You will be brought in as a counterbalance or Reach driver but will attend a Flexi (pivot steer) upskill on your first shift.
This is an ongoing assignment with permanent opportunities for any candidates that excel in the work place.
You will spend the majority of your working time on the forklift truck, however given the odd occasion that you need to help the pickers on the warehouse floor, you will need to be willing to do this.
The main duties of this role will include (but not be limited too)
* Putting away pallets of stock into their correct location within the racking
* Loading and unloading vehicles of palletized stock
* Dropping pallets from racking locations for order pickers to complete their picks
* Location and relocation of stock
* Operating the MHE in a safe and efficient manner at all times
Pay Rates;
* GBP9.75ph Monday to Friday (Up to 40hrs weekly)
* GBP14.63ph Monday to Friday Overtime After 40hrs
* GBP14.63ph Saturday Overtime
* GBP19.50ph Sunday Overtime
This company is based a short bus route from the town centre and is accessible via public transport. It also has an onsite parking facility and bike lock up.
You must have a Counterbalance License and it must be RTITB accredited or recognized by another accrediting body
