Here at Staff Partners Mental Health, we have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse in Adult Acute psychiatry to work within an established NHS Hospital in West Yorkshire.
Job Description:
This role is a full-time permanent position based in an established NHS hospital. The hospital is 46 bed Acute psychiatric hospital for Adults located in West Yorkshire.
The hospital provides care and treatment for their patients with a range of complex Mental Health issues. The successful candidate is to predominantly work on the Eating Disorder ward.
Key responsibilities:
Responsibility for a caseload of patients
CPA responsibility for a caseload of patients
Plan and implement nursing care of patients paying attention to areas of nursing risk management
Ensure nursing practice remains within the parameters of the clinical strategy
To prepare patient reports for hearings.
Preparing patient reports and attend where necessary CPA's, ward rounds and other meetings.
Job Requirements:
* Valid NMC pin
* 2 years experience
* Commitment to patient centred care
