We are working with a leading luxury brand based on the outskirts of Solihull who are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their successful team to manage the order process for both customers and suppliers. This role is fast paced and requires exceptional communication and accuracy.

The main duties of the Operations Coordinator will include:

Liaising with customers, suppliers and hauliers
Processing orders with manufacturers and suppliers on SAP
Arrange UK and international transportation of orders
Monitor stock allocation for all customers
Maintain constant contact with customers to update on status of order
To be considered for the role of Operations Coordinator you will have:

Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment
Extensive experience in Microsoft Packages and SAP (or a similar platform)
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
Clear and concise communication skills
