Telent Fleet Co-Ordinator, Warwick - Permanent

In these extraordinary times of the coronavirus outbreak Telent is continuing to Recruit. We provide services to customers which are integral to providing mission critical systems and infrastructure across the UK and Ireland and we need to continue to deliver those services.

To help limit the amount of face to face contact during the recruitment process, we will now do more online assessments and use Skype/Conf Calls for interviews wherever possible.

With current annual revenues in excess of GBP400M and 2,400 employees. We operate within various industry sectors including Rail, Traffic, Public Safety, Defence, Service Providers, Enterprise and Public Sector.

Role Profile:

Building close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Working within the Fleet Team to provide hight quality customer service to internal stakeholders.
Providing compliant vehicles to ensure operational reliability to enable business success.
Managing day to day activities including: Telent systems (Oracle, Tranman, Webfleet, various portals), administration and reporting.

Typical Deliverables:

Working closely and building relationship with leasing providers.
Oracle transactions (PO, Invoices and Receipting).
Daily post management.
Action Telent new starters and leavers.
Responding to telephone & email enquiries.
Managing hire vehicles.
Assigning vehicles and associated mandates to drivers.
Updating Webfleet (TomTom) vehicle tracking system for all vehicle changes.
Ordering, tracking & cancelling fuel cards.
Updating, scanning & uploading documents to the fleet system (Tranman).
Adding/Removing vehicles from the Insurance Database and Telent's congestion charge account.
Monthly Reporting to Fleet Manager and key Telent stakeholders.
Keeping fleet vehicle records up to date.

We'd be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:

Up-to-date knowledge of transport standards and legislation.
Working closely with Vehicle Leasing providers.
Customer services skills.
Administration skills.
Strong numerical, verbal and PC skills (MS etc).

Business Operations Skills - Qualifications:

5 GCSEs or equivalent at C or above including Mathematics and English.
Suitability qualified and experienced to meet the compliance requirements of current and future legislation.
Full UK driving licence essential.
