We want to add Business Performance and Planning Managers to our Digital Team. We need innovative, curious, and determined people who have???

a working knowledge of business or Workforce planning, including developing a plan, monitoring and reporting on complex dependencies

an ability to analyse information from both internal and external sources to support decisions and make recommendations

experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities whilst working in a high profile, fast paced environment

talent to negotiate and influence a variety of Stakeholders, even where the outcome may result in an unpopular decision

experience of working in a large Digital organisation, or demonstrable understanding of how large Digital organisations operate in the context of the role

Delivery. Work. Projects.

As a Digital Business Performance & Planning Manager you will help our team to provide essential business management services across the Digital Group.

We have a huge volume of live digital projects and teams, and you'll help is measure and drive Digital Strategy and Business Planning across all these business functions.

The team help input into sourcing, securing and distributing funds during the Spending Review period. Areas of this spend include:

Workforce
Software & Services
Maintenance of IT systems
TransformationWe have roles available in Workforce Planning and Business Planning.

Both roles are high profile and you would work closely with colleagues across 9 Digital functional areas, to help steer, develop and document business and workforce plans.

These are roles are where you'll do genuinely varied work. They'll suit people who are dynamic and deadline focused. You'll do work that will be presented to Digital Directors and the Chief Digital Information Officer (Chief Executive) and which will be used to help drive DWP towards our goals.
