This is a great opportunity for a Senior / Lead UX designer to join an award-winning digital transformation consultancy that is constantly striving to improve and do better. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, driven individual wanting to progress their career in UX design.
Location
Leeds Office with remote options and occasional travel to client-site
What you need for this role:
Minimum 3 years' experience
Leading a team and wanting to motivate people to grow,
Have an expert understanding of UI and UX Design
Have a passion for design and take pride in your work
A passion for problem solving through design
Experience and knowledge using industry standard design tools and design systems
Creating wireframes with industry standard tools (ideally Azure)
Also being an effective communicator and being confident when presentingResponsibilities in this role:
Translate concepts and requirements into and end to end user experience
Build frameworks to support a fast paced business - style guides. Workflows, collaboration tools
Build interactive prototypes to test ideas and communicate them internally and externally
Work on cross platform applications to develop user experience, covering mobile phones, tablets and computersWhat can you expect in return:
