IMMEDIATE START**
Coldstore Worker - Permanent
The role requires the candidate to pick customer orders, replenish stock when deliveries arrive, make up boxes and generally maintain organisation and tidiness within the Freezer and surrounding areas.
The Cold Store Worker/Picker Person;
* Numeracy skills required
* Physical fitness as the role involves lots of bending and stretching and being on feet most of the day.
* Accuracy in work is key as all orders picked are for vulnerable customers who rely on a right first-time approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English
* Able to work as part of a team and alone
* Must be reliable and have excellent time keeping
* Proof of the Right to Work in the UK
* Be able to meet targets within a specific time period, picking ratio is 30-40 per hour
* Must be 18 years of age or over
The Cold Store Worker/Picker Job;
* This is a challenging working environment working in temperatures of -22 degrees Celsius (PPE is provided for the role)
* Physical Ability for picking orders circa 200 per day in addition to replenishing stock.

Working hours Mon, Tue & Friday 9am to 5pm - Wed & Thurs 8am to 5pm with a 30 min unpaid lunch break. (39.5 hours per week)
