Lead Security Officer shift supervisor

This position is key to operational success and is required to strengthen the relationship between the client and Securitas.

You will provide a central point of contact for all site security staff and the, contract security supervisor and client you must also fully demonstrating the Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

Monday - Friday - (typically 07:00-17:00, plus any operational needs)

50 hours a week

GBP9.15 per hour

All training is paid and uniform provided

5.6 weeks holiday per year

Must hold a full valid UK driving licence - driving responsibilities in this role.

How will you make an impact as a Lead Security Officer:

• Ensure all staff have undertaken the appropriate training and are in possession of a valid SIA licence
• Accurate planning of all officers shifts to ensure full staff coverage
• Ensure all assignment instructions are actioned and site documentation is kept legible and up to date
• Assist the security management in developing and sharing "best practice" and use of systems and tools to improve service effectiveness
• Participate in any arrange training to improve standards and company performance
• Be the first point of contact on shift for all security-related queries
• Any other duties as directed by the Deputy Branch Manager
