IT Manager
Job: IT Manager - IT Support - Temporary
Location: Norwich
Pay rate: GBP18 - GBP20 / hour (PAYE)
I have an immediate requirement for an experienced hands on IT Manager / Senior IT support to join a well established and fast growing business in Norwich on an initial temporary basis, with potential for the role to move into a permanent appointment for the right individual.
This is a stand-alone role, so you will be comfortable with providing support across the full range of 1st - 3rd line IT Support tasks, as well as communicating with a 3rd party Managed Services provider who are available for escalation and additional technical resource as needed. Strong hands on IT supports skills across the a standard Microsoft estate are essential, as is experience supporting remote working solutions via VPN and web based VoIP.
Key technical skills:
1st - 3rd line IT support skills
Microsoft Environment (Office 365 preferred)
Network / VPN configuration
Web based VoIP solutions
Self managing, capable working as a sole IT provider
