My client is a regional main contractor who work in the New Build, Refurbishment and Fit Out sectors across the whole Yorkshire Region. Carrying out Commercial, Education, Health, Leisure, Residential, Government and Framework contracts they have established an unrivalled reputation over the past 60 years which means their turnover and project pipeline remains strong and constant through the year, year in year out. Their Supply chain and subcontractor relationships and loyalty are second to none due to their company ethos and attitude which is instilled and adopted by all their staff from Labourers to the Directors.
They require a minimum of 2 Joiners to join the company on long term contracts, where they would be seen as and treated as permanent employees, to work across a range of projects in the Yorkshire area. They tend to keep their project teams as close to home as possible and will move them from job to job as works finish and new project start.
