Receptionist
GBP9.50 per hour
Mon to Friday - 1.00pm - 7.00pm
Every other Saturday - 8.30am - 12.00pm / 8.30am- 1.00 pm

Role Information:
Our client is an established, caring family-oriented practice serving Andover and its surrounding villages in Hampshire as well as seeing exotic pets from up to 200 miles away. Our client provides comprehensive care to clients and their animals and are proud of the excellent facilities they have.
The role:
Responsible for receptionist duties and administration.
Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Phone answering
• Arranging and booking diary
• Taking payments over the phone
• Registering new patients
• Dealing with referrals from other clinics
• Actioning prescription requests
• Dealing with queries on the phone and email
Key Skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Multi-tasking
• Excellent organisational skills
• Team player
• Work well under pressure
• Computer literate (specialist system used)
