I am looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join a busy maintenance team in Winchester primarily dealing with HCC.
You will be an integral and flexible member of the HCC Resourcing and Logistical team by deputising for the Resource Controller, covering resource planning and administrative tasks, and when not covering this role performing the Operations Centre Operative role (OCO).
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and the tasks/activities that can be undertaken
be each trade group.
Basic understanding of the Geographical East Hampshire area.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
GCSE or Equivalent in Qualification in Maths and English.
EXPERIENCE
Experience of working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre
