Restaurant Manager

The Blue Bell at Arkendale is a lovely country pub, restaurant and hotel. We are looking for a strong, enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team.

The role is to lead, direct, build, manage and motive in a well-established, quality establishment. An eye for detail and a keen focus on driving sales & profit is essential, with the ability to build, train and motivate a happy quality hospitality team.

As Restaurant Manager you must have a well-established track record, with excellent knowledge of both food and wine, have the ability to be 'the face' of the unit with a bubbly character and friendly personality with the ambition to drive sales forward through excellent customer service and the encouragement of 'locals' trade is also essential. To maintain the high standards set out by the establishment, a good knowledge of the industry and of competitors is beneficial, but most of all an unquestionable drive and ambition with the enthusiasm to lead and develop. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

The candidate must have some experience in a similar role. Good interpersonal and communication skills are ESSENTIAL. You will also need to have a good knowledge of Food & Wines, excellent organisational skills are also required for this demanding role and the ability to help train, develop and lead a strong team to increase revenue, further business profits, excel in customer care and to gain further quality awards.
