What you'll do:

- Manage change control (i.e. software release, application upgrades, improvements backlog) - Access request management & resolution of 'soft' application issues - Engaging Adobe and other 3rd parties for resolution of complex application issues - Adobe Campaign configuration changes (i.e. Metadata, user accessible reports, OBTM disposition codes) - Provide technical leadership and expertise and incident triage for integration of Adobe Campaign with the Experience Cloud

What you'll bring:

- Detailed technical knowledge of the Adobe Campaign Manager toolset - Operational experience of Adobe Campaign Manager - Good understanding and experience of the Adobe Experience Cloud - Experience in a results-led marketing role, preferably but not necessarily in the TV or entertainment industry - Strong understanding of digital creative development with particular focus on email - A passion for TV and good understanding of Sky's content offering

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There's also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.
