We are looking for a Payroll and T&A Administrator for a 12 month Contract based in Enfield

The role will run the day to day monthly payrolls, ensure Clipper are compliant in all areas of Payroll & Pensions against HMRC Pensions Regulator legislation and be responsible for keying in data into the new T&A system to assist with Parallel running and "Go Live" phased rollout.

You will support the Head of Payroll & T&A in providing operational and strategic accountability for payroll, pensions, and performance strategies to enable Clipper Logistics to remain an Industry-leading employer. You will provide support for the new Cloud HR & T&A project implementation to be rolled out in the next 12 months.

In this role you are accountable for:

Processing monthly payrolls
Input and checking of all aspects of the UK Payroll processing
Importing files to the payroll system
Working knowledge and calculation of statutory and company rules in relation to SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP, SHPP redundancy payments and all other aspects of payroll processing
Processing pension Auto Enrolment
Dealing with employee related queries
Day to day liaison with employees, HR and HMRC
Ability to manually calculate PAYE and NI calculation when required and keep abreast of legislative changes that will affect payroll
Process Court orders etc under the correct terms
Overpayments process compliance
Processing the payroll in accordance with legislation and according to HMRC requirementsDo you have the ability, agility and capability to Join #Team Clipper?
