A renowned high-end Residential Developer based in Farnham is searching for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their team. They are recruiting due to a high volume of project wins and a long period of sustained growth.

Role Responsibilities

?? Monitoring the site documentation.

?? Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute in a timely manner.

?? Run reports and complete thorough compliance checks.

?? Provide training and ongoing support to site teams and sub-contractors.

?? Collating Health, Safety and Environmental reports, keeping accurate records, identifying trends and producing KPIs.

?? Attend the SHEQ Meeting, minute take and support roll out of initiatives.

?? Produce Site Start up folders accurately and on time.

?? Attend meetings with the Divisional Director, to discuss essential tasks to support the team.

?? Provide ongoing support to the site teams encouraging inter-company engagement.

?? Ad-hoc site visits when required.

?? General administration, including typing, filing, photocopying, binding, laminating and formatting documents to support your division and administration team.

Requirements

?? Excellent IT skills

?? Team player

?? Confident communicator

?? Experience in Construction or a similar industry desirable

What you need to succeed:

Experience within as an administrator within a construction company will make you eligible for this role. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility and strong administration skills. You will be able to prioritise your own workload with the ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
