Elevation Recruitment Group are working closely with our client based in Barnsley to recruit a Scheduling Coordinator. This is a great role for someone looking to progress and grow with the company.
The ideal candidate will be very technically minded and have experience in a similar scheduling role or have administrative experience at a Senior Level.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective liaison and communication with management and staff
* Achieve and comply with all operational safety requirements
* Production of weekly and daily scheduling appointments
* Work to strict deadlines and requirements and keep on top of any changes
* Maintain current working knowledge of relevant Terms & Conditions and local agreements
* Manage learning programmes for staff
* Maintain absences & leave records and update accordingly for the engineering team
* Compile weekly data for sickness, training and annual leave on a weekly basis
* Manage schedule for any briefs or ad-hoc meetings
* Work to time-critical deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Maintain accurate records
* Arrange hotel accommodation as required
Requirements:
* Experience with rotas or scheduling preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills
* Efficient Word Processing and Audio Typing skills
* Must have administrative experience at a Senior Level
