The company are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join their close-knit finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the finance team with their daily duties and cover correspondence with both customers as well as with other departments in the business.

Responsibilities include:
To cover general purchase ledger and sales ledger duties.
Using Sage 50 Accounts to process payments and add invoices from the suppliers.
To cover general credit control duties and discuss accounts over the phone with customers
Creation of weekly statements.
Maintaining the electronic filing systems.
Act as the point of communication for all queries for the Accounts team.
