We are looking for ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC customer service individuals who want to be a part of a passionate team supporting accounting within Countrywide's estate agency network.

You will be working for the UKs largest property services group; we serve our customers in multiple locations across more than 50 brands. We have unparalleled coverage of the UK property market, and we are uniquely placed to support our customers across the residential and commercial property markets.

We are on the lookout for committed Customer Service Advisors to come aboard in our client accounting teams who share the same passion for customer service as we do, and aren't afraid of working with numbers! Working in a large vibrant centre, you could be joining a team supporting our branches or one of our many specialist teams. There's also plenty of opportunity to move around teams as you progress.

The role:

Demonstrating your passion for working with people, by taking ownership of customers queries and see them through to a positive resolution.
Applying your knowledge to support our customers in an efficient and engaging way, so you will need a good telephone manner, coupled with excellent numeracy and administration skills
Having a very keen eye for detail as you will be handling landlord and tenant money on a daily basis.
Establishing and building strong relationships with our customers and colleagues; demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and developing them further.
Being a Team Player! Confidently engaging and participating in team meetings and training which will ultimately support our customers.
In an industry such as property, compliance is key, therefore you will need to study and gain relevant industry qualifications.

The government is currently introducing regulation to the property industry which will require that all estate agency and letting colleagues hold a qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings). In order to develop our colleagues, provide a high quality service and work towards regulation, all colleagues who join us are required to hold the a Level 3 qualification in their specialist area (sales or lettings). If you dont already have this qualification you will be required to study for it, and Countrywide will support you to achieve the required standards.
