HR Customer Service Advisor - Fulwood, Preston - 6 Month Contract - GBP9.58 per hour PAYE
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UKs leading companies with offices in Fulwood, Preston
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to and resolve HR contacts queries across multi-channel interaction
- Ensure all information taken from calls is accurately logged on the system
- Take ownership and responsibility, from initial contact through to resolution
- Build and develop effective relationships with colleague groups including internal HR Shared Services and the wider business
- Ensure operating procedures and process standards are adhered to, including (but not limited to), internal call quality measures, data protection and confidentiality guidelines-
- Support and contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of new processes both within the HR Support team and HR Shared Services
Experience required for this role:-
- Customer service experience
- Contact centre experience
- Strong administration background
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of HR administration is desirable
