The Opportunity: UX / UI Designer

Skills and Experience

Expected

? 3+ years of experience in web design, with a demonstrable ability for web application

design containing complex UI components with rich levels of functionality.

? UI / UX tools such as Figma and / or InVision for prototyping and showcasing design

ideas through interactive mockups.

? Be user centric, being able to connect with the user and empathize with their needs and

desires.

? Be willing to spend time with our user base, to solicit feedback and engage them as part

of our journey.

? Be a strong communicator and able to articulate, explain and sell ideas and approaches

to other stakeholders, backed by sound reasoning.

? Be fluent with HTML and CSS, bringing your creations to life by supporting the

implementation team with the creation of required web assets.

? You'll have a proven track record of delivering delightful user experiences and should be

able to showcase your achievements.
