Beauty Therapist/Laser Technician

This is an exciting opportunity for a beauty therapist to join a highly innovative and expanding clinic in the Gravesend area. The ideal candidate would be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Treatment or equivalent and have a minimum of two years working experience in an Aesthetics / Clinical / Spa environment.

We are offering both full time or part-time positions with flexible working hours.

Experience Required

• Facials and Chemical Peels (MediK8, Dermalogica preferred)
• Microdermabrasion and Oxygen Facials
• Massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue and Stone Massage)
• Laser Hair Removal
• Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• Laser Tattoo Removal
• Waxing (incl. intimate waxing for Men and Women)

Other experience desired, but not essential:

• LVL lash lifts
• HD brows, Eyelash extensions
• Microblading
• Microneedling
• HIFU
• Dermal Fillers
• HydroFacial

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (NVQ Level 4 desirable)
• And/OR have the necessary professional beauty qualifications, substantial experience
• Confident Carrying out Non-Surgical Medical Aesthetic Treatments described above
• A Welcoming and Confident Personality
• Professional Manner & Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Computer and Social Media Skills
• Flexibility to work late evenings and weekends
• Eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

We aim to provide our clients with an exceptional beauty treatment experience.

Excellent customer service should be provided to all clients, resulting in client satisfaction.

• Answer Telephone Calls and Manage Day to Day Calendar / Bookings
• Carrying out Consultations and Ensure Treatment Paperwork is Completed Before Each Treatment
• Record / Log All Treatment Activity
• Demonstrate, recommend, and upsell skin treatments and products
• Take and manage Payments
• Promote Clinic Products & Treatments (via Company Social Media, Exhibitions, Tradeshows)
