The Company:
ER Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our outstanding national client. They are a growing company with a fantastic team who are looking to expand and take on several new Business Telesales people to interact with clients and build great relationships.
The team are a warm and dynamic group who want to enhance their group with friendly and driven personalities. You will be situated in their modern offices in South Leicestershire which have onsite parking.
Role & Responsibilities of the Business Telesales:
* Schedule sales opportunities with decision makers in businesses
* Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline
* Generate new leads, appointments and referrals on a day-to-day basis
* Liaise with the Business Development Manager to create a plan to maximise sales
* Strive to achieve sales targets
About You:
* It would be advantageous to have experience in a professional sales environment
* You will have a hunger to achieve sales
* Professional with outstanding communication skills and ability to nurture excellent relationships
* Driven and forward-thinking
* Motivated within yourself and motivational to other team members.
* Sense of the business landscape
Additional Benefits:
* Uncapped bonus scheme that is realistic to achieve and very generous

* Great holiday entitlement commencing at 25 days and increasing after years served. You will be able to have your birthday off work as well!
