Training Centre Manager
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Training Centre Manager to join our client based on the outskirts of Redditch. This is a full time position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits on a permanent basis.
We are looking for candidates with previous managerial experience and ideally have worked within a training environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised and able to manage different situations.
The main duties of the Training Centre Manager include:
Full management of training centre
Managing 3 direct reports
Dealing with building maintenance issues
Responsible for delegate experience
Liaising with lecturers regarding course requirements
Ordering of all equipment as required
Ensuring practical room is set up with all required equipment
Covering duties for absent colleagues
To be considered for the role of Training Centre Manager, you will have:
Experience of managing a small team
Experience working with a learning/training capacity
Ability to prioritise, work independently and delegate effectively
Good communication skills
Competency in all Microsoft packages
