My client are a student lettings companies based in Loughborough who now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join them on a full time, permanent basis, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm plus 26 Saturdays per year 10am - 3pm, paying GBP19k plus bonus package.
You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
You will place a huge emphasis on sales, be customer service focussed, and passionate about delivering a first-class experience.
The role will be varied but will include:
* Receiving and processing enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants
* Property advertising, marketing and social media
* Generating a targeted number of viewings per week resulting in a targeted number of sales
* Registering new applicants, booking viewings, conducting interviews and providing feedback
* Preparing viewing cards, contracts, chasing guarantors and signing contracts
* Live chat communication with potential tenants
* Assisting with inventories, check-ins, check-outs and inspections
* Negotiating offers under the direction of the Lettings Manager
* General office cleaning, tidying and restocking of the fridge
* Conducting audits
* Providing tenants with necessary and regulatory documentation
* Diary management
* Cleaning and refuelling company vehicles
* Selling all company services strongly and ethically
* Various promotional and marketing events
* Prioritising daily workload and working to deadlines
* Selling the company services to generate new and repeat business
To be considered for the role, you must:
* Have experience of Lettings Negotiation
* Have excellent customer service skills within a high pressured, fast-paced environment
* Have good communication, negotiation and organisational skills
* Be a driver with your own vehicle
