Riverway Foods was a family owned business based in Harlow, Essex until becoming part of the CPC Group. We produce some of the best sausages around and supply in to some of the major retailers including Aldi, Lidl and Tesco. The role will be a very busy one and will require somebody who will roll their sleeves up and get stuck in as they have so much to do.
We are looking for somebody to join us on a 12 - 16 month Fixed Term contract to cover maternity leave. Above all we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join the team. Somebody that has exceptionally polite manner and a happy disposition ideally, as well organised and pays particular attention to detail.
You should be happy to work Monday - Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm with flexibility, this is a close knit team that always pull together to meet deadlines so a good team fit is essential.
Responsibilities
?? Run daily staff absence list and notify agencies of absences
?? Posting deliveries to stock on SAP Business One.
. Notify suppliers of any stock shortages on their deliveries
. Input pallet & dolav movements
. Staff meat order - Processing the weekly order and manage staff payments
?? Petty Cash - Issuing monies owed and given out
. Answering the reception intercom
?? Answering the phone
?? Stationery Order
?? Sales invoicing for Tesco, Aldi, Costco & Market (Cover for holidays)
?? Purchase invoice - Input on to SAP and raise any cost or quantity discrepancies with the supplier (Cover for holidays)
?? Booking in and chasing supplier deliveries
. Ordering equipment, i.e. factory equipment, diesel, pallets, etc.
?? Inputting holiday forms on to Time & Attendance system and employee records (shared role)
. Filing
Key skills
?? Intermediate user of Excel
?? Accuracy with excellent attention to detail
?? Excellent communication skills as will be answering the Phone and reception intercom to customers and other stakeholders within the group.
?? Any experience of working on TMS system (Time and attendance) would be an added bonus
?? Knowledge of SAP would also be a welcome addition
