The team consists of five great ladies, two lovely gents and Rosie the post dog - you will have to love their gorgeous Cockapoo! The position is office based in Wolverhampton and not working from home.

Essential Requirements:

* A good standard of written and spoken English

* A professional telephone manner

* Understanding of Google Calendars and Microsoft Outlook for emails

* Great organisation skills

Responsibilities and Tasks include:


* Taking and making calls (200 - 300 per day)

* Accurately record messages and send via email or text or WhatsApp

* Diary management using Google Calendars

* Planning routes for clients using Google Maps

* Working with Capsule CRM and customer bespoke CRM systems to complete tasks

* Database Management

* Typing

25 hours per week. You will work three 7 hour week days (between 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Mon - Fri) + Saturdays - 9am - 1pm.

Salary: Starting salary GBP8.75 - GBP8.91 per hour during probationary period, increasing to GBP9 per hour on successful completion of probationary period.

Holiday: Pro rata 28 days inclusive of Bank Holidays

This role would suit: Administrative Assistant; Customer Service; Receptionist; or Care worker with IT knowledge wanting to move into Administration.
