Successful manufacturing company based in Tayport are keen to hire an experienced Production Leader to lead manufacturing activities in line with lean principles and business objectives with an emphasis on Health & Safety, Quality, Productivity, and waste reduction.
Responsibilities to include:
Continually develop team to improve operate culture and operating practices
Drive continuous improvement through full involvement of all team members
Report and track daily production results
Develop a total quality and right first-time operating culture
Continually strive to improve overall operational performance
Progressively introduce improve concepts such as Lean and 5sWe are looking for a Production Leader with demonstrable experience of leading teams within a manufacturing environment.
