Our client is looking for an efficient and accurate Process Administrator to join their busy, friendly and supportive team. This is a long term, rolling ongoing temporary role which should lead to a permanent role in the future.

You will be working at home initially for the first few months and will return to the office later in the summer. This role will be full time Monday - Friday 37 hour per week and is starting in July following an interview and background checks.

Your duties will be to:

Liaising with shippers and engineers
Scheduling workloads and liaising to book in jobs
Ensuring jobs are carried out on time and to specification
Looking at meters to calculate account usage
Working closely with various suppliers and external customers to build relationships
Effectively and promptly dealing with enquiries over the phone and via emails
Liaising with the Accounts department to ensure correct payments have been made
Accurately enter large amounts of data on the system and maintain spreadsheets
Correcting errors and anomalies found on the databaseThe ideal candidate will have some previous administration/ customer service office experience and be able to work well under pressure and ensure excellent attention to detail at all times. This is a busy role and you will be required to multitask during busy periods. An excellent telephone manner is essential as well as good written communication skills. The role involves working with a lot of data and will suit someone with good IT skills including experience of creating and updating Excel spreadsheets.
