Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an experienced Butcherfor a specialist Butchers located in Clifton, Bristol.
The successful Butcher will have knowledge and experience of breaking down carcasses of Pork, Beef and Lamb into primal and sub primal cuts and the ability to prepare products to specifications in a fast-paced environment. This will include excellent portion control as you will be cutting a variety of steaks both on the bone and off the bone, so a good eye for quality control and the ability to minimize wastage is key.
Due to the nature of the business early starts are required - your working day will start at 4am. Your days off will be Sunday and one other day which may change depending on the rota and staffing requirements.
Contracted hours are 40-45 per week over a 5-day working week with two full days off.
Salary to GBP14 per hour depending on experience
