Administrator required for busy office in Banbury. Duties will include:

To maintain rosters/schedules using the "Timegate System", ensuring all security/cleaning/catering personnel are entered for the correct days and times of duty.
Ensure that all periods of sickness, absence and holidays are covered adequately.
Report all impending shortfalls in cover to the Area Managers.
Ensure all details on "Timegate" are correct and maintained to a high standard
Monitor periods of unplanned absence and report any patterns, abnormalities, and concerns to the Area Managers.
To carry out any reasonable request as identified by your Line Manager.
Manage the time and attendance system within 3 branches - Region 1, Region 2 & Westminster
Manage the holidays and sickness
Run reports and check the pay at the end of each month
Report any findings to the Operations Managers
Mobilization of new sites on Timegate
Checking employees set up, WBS number, payroll run type, holiday rules etc
Adding new employees to base rota's
To manage arbitrations, failed duties, open posts daily
Process and submit monthly manuals
To manage monthly split holidays
Amend daily changes & additional shifts to the rota
Check and monitor T&A calls
Process leavers & change and addition forms
Dealing with wage queries
Rota loading/unloading
Covering security schedulers leave
Weekly calls with Area Managers
SIA Licence updating details, running reports to check expires
First Aid expires
DBS details input on system, renewal every year
Dealing with Timegate/IT/HRSC on system issues and system set up (Holidays/Bank Holidays)
Dealing with different clocking systems, helping employees if needed
