My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in the Dunfermline area. Due to continues success and growth, they are looking to recruit an Administrator on a part time basis.
Based within the Sales team, you will support with the following responsibilities:
Process customer orders and deal with any related enquiries
Check order data for accuracy and obtaining any missing information prior to processing
Upload new orders onto the ERP system
Monitor order progress through to despatch and liaising with customers regarding order status, providing updates as required
Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Front of house administrative support which will include being responsible for our un-manned reception area, distributing mail, answering switchboard calls/ forwarding voicemail and arranging meetings, events and cateringTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:
Previous administration experience or recent graduates with related qualification will be considered
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills are essential
Confident communication skills, able to deal with customers both written and verbally
Good IT skills including MS Office package
Able to work in a team environment whilst being able to prioritise your workload to complete tasks
