We are currently working in collaboration with a leading independent telecoms survey company. Due to recent expansion within the business they are looking to grow the back office management team to help support the increasing number of Project Managers and Field Surveyors operating across various networks.

Salary to GBP52k | Company Car or Allowance | Annual Bonus | Healthcare | Stakeholder Pension | 25 Days Holiday + bank holidays
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing a team of administration and coordination staff responsible for operational setup and completing telecoms surveys
*Managing the process for creating survey work packs; ensuring that all required information is included for site operations staff
* Regularly liaising with Project Managers helping to coordinate multiple survey workstreams; ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are adhered to
* Ensuring that all information fed back from site operations staff is updated to allow for works to proceed to the next stage
* Managing team performance by monitoring project success compiled with information the team produce and implementing corrective actions for failing areas
* Making sure that a point of contact is available to act as go-to for reactive queries and any issues that can't be resolved at a lower level
* Responsibility for the training and mentoring of staff both directly and through delegation
* Ensuring all works comply with company polices and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
* Project / Performance Management experience within the utility sector
* Stakeholder Management experience
* Experience of managing multiple sites both in person and remotely
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent IT skills in MS Packages
* Flexible to travel as required
