Estate Manager

We are looking for a Estates Manager, heading up our grounds and maintenance team in a Luxury 5 star park in Kent.

The ideal individual will be dynamic, driven, organised, a leader of people and a passion for hands-on work and keeping the park looking fantastic for our guests and holiday home owners.

Previous experience in a similar role on a holiday park or similar operation preferred, and maintenance and grounds experience essential, with a strong knowledge of health and safety.

Duties include:

* Carrying out maintenance and grounds work across the resort

* Leading a team and delegating and prioritising jobs

* Carrying out risk assessments and team training

* Ensuring high standards across the grounds are maintained, from grass cutting to bushes, sports pitch etc

* Creating a job system for ensuring maintenance works are carried out and distributed in a timely fashion

This is a hands on role working on a fantastic resort, with a competitive salary and a quarterly bonus scheme.
