THE ROLE:
We are looking for someone with passion and creative flair, who can help cook and prep in our kitchens to a high standard.
Our chef needs to be able to be a great all rounder in the kitchen and lead by example, food presentation is key to us so we need a chef who can really construct a plate of food to look exceptional.
Everyday is different and our team are fantastic, although we operate a seriously high end offer, we really work together like a family and have fun along the way.
Have exceptional food hygiene standards and great understanding of HACCP & COSSH.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

* Demonstrate confidence with a Can do attitude
* Demonstrate high standards of appearance & dress at all times
* Have a flexible approach to work and a willingness to undertake all tasks set
