We have an exciting opportunity for a Programme Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis . You will contribute to the delivery of a major transformation programme for Paradigm Housing. The role is crucial for maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum already established.
Job requirements:
Lead and manage the New Paradigm programme and support the Executive Team in the delivery of Paradigm’s Corporate Plan and strategic ambitions.
Lead in the successful delivery of the digital transformation programme, coordination of the programme’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies
Ensure that the programme maintains the focus on the delivery of the three key benefits: improvement to customer satisfaction, enhancing business efficiency and improving our risk and compliance positions
Ensure the programme maintains a focus on the three strategic risks: successful achievement of the business case, effective management of the programme and seamless service transition from the current state to the future state
Provide leadership on component projects initiation and delivery including scope, definition, and performance to ensure alignment with Paradigm’s Corporate Plan. Will work closely with internal stakeholders across all business directorates to deliver the overall plan for implementing Finance and Housing digital solutions, whist engaging and liaising directly with Executive Directors and the Leadership Network
Responsible for the construction of the overall programme plan, demonstrating the right balance of project management, business understanding, stakeholder engagement skills and managing through business transformation experience.
Work very closely and collaboratively with existing workstream leads, business analysts, subject matter experts, PMO manager and governance to create and deliver ‘fit for purpose’ plans.
Work with all the programme workstream leads to develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it, utilising the programme management office.
What we're looking for:
Recent and relevant experience of managing high value / strategic programme management.
The ability to work through political challenges.
Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes, as well as budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Strong programme management experience aligned to business change / business process change / business process reengineering / business process modelling.
Effective facilitation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence, support and constructively challenge stakeholders.
You will be office based in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, however you should have the ability to work from home (a configured laptop will be provided for this purpose) as we are currently accessing the office on a rota basis during the Covid 19 restrictions. Free parking onsite and located less than five minutes’ drive from junction 3 of the M40.
