Supporter Relations Coordinators: Supporter Care
We are looking for two Supporter Relations Coordinators to join the Data and Supporter Relations team.

We have ambitious plans to deliver a memorable and proactive service to anyone engaging with Mind. Our unrivalled service will support our three-year fundraising objective; increasing the number of supporters donating to us by 33%.
You will need:
- Experience of and passion for, delivering excellent customer care
- Excellent communication skills by phone, email and post
- Experience of delivering timely and accurate responses
- Experience of managing multiple priorities, within a busy team
Please note that there are two roles being advertised - one is for a permanent contract and the other is for a Fixed-Term Contract until 31 March 2022. You will have a chance in the application to indicate which role you are interested in.
