Assistant General Manager
Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Fresh Property Group are now looking to appoint an Assistant Accommodation Manager to join Onyx, our 1025 bed student accommodation scheme in Birmingham.
Joining our team, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the site which will include collecting the rent and ensuring the building is a safe and great place to live. This is a hands-on role which will require you to balance the serious aspects of the role whilst providing a social and fun atmosphere – a community feel where students want to live and work.

This role would suit a meticulous, organised and personable individual who has exceptional customer service skills coupled with a successful track record of sales. With knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, you’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to remain calm and professional in what can be sometimes difficult situations. Knowledge of Marketing would also be useful, as would experience of using a variety of social media channels.
Facilities management experience and an understanding of tenancy agreements and debt management would be a distinct advantage.

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 21.00 & Saturday / Sunday 09.00 – 17.00 On a Rota Basis
