Senior Research Executive

Here at ABRSM, we are now looking for a Senior Research Executive to provide in-house expertise in market research and customer insight.

Based at the centre of the organisation, you’ll work with colleagues from a wide range of teams to support their research and insight needs. Using your expertise in research methodologies and data analysis, you’ll deepen ABRSM’s understanding of our customers and our market, as well as supporting evidence-based decision-making. You’ll work closely with colleagues to develop business intelligence at ABRSM, using Power BI tools and interrogating data from the organisation’s Dynamic 365 CRM.

Do you have experience of commissioning market research, including writing of tender documents and briefing agencies? Do you have experience of analysing and interpreting market research data? If so, then we would love to hear from you!

We’re looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills and experience of working as part of a team. You’ll have comprehensive understanding of qualitive and quantitative research methods and of delivering complex projects to time and budget. Experience of using data visualization tools, ideally Power BI is also a must.
