ITIL experience essential
Minimum Requirement:
A Service Manager is required with experience of ITIL service management framework to support an operational trial for a new SaaS service My Planner.
The resource capabilities are required to support Digital in testing and improving the service management approach which has been designed for the operational trial.
Experience of testing and introducing an approach/transition into full service management would be beneficial.
Resource will also provide incident management analysis/investigation including working with a 3rd party vendor for incident, problem and change management.
