What the job is about:
The Labour Market Analyst is responsible for supporting our team to generate sustainable employment for our participants. They will be working closely with a team of Recruitment Executives and Managers to identify key areas of the local labour market and generate leads.
Your main responsibilities would include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Working as part of a wider team to identify sustainable employment opportunities for our participants
- Promoting an awareness on Reed in Partnership services and benefits

Required Skills & Experience:
- A good understanding regarding the local labour market
- Experience of analysing large amounts of data and using this information to draw conclusions
- A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
