What it's like to work here This post is based at our head office in Swindon but is working from home due to Covid-19 restrictions. There will be an opportunity to explore and agree remote working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.

What you'll be doing

You'll be using your IT infrastructure skills and understanding of security vulnerabilities to help the Trust stay well-informed about security threats.

Your keen interest in the use of all things tech will be employed to keep abreast of the latest technologies, whether that be infrastructure, cloud hosting, networks or security.


Who we're looking for

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:-

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to manage internal IT, business and supplier stakeholders.
  • Proven ITIL background and training to a minimum of v3 Foundation level.
  • Technical expertise in Hosting Services Both Private & Public Cloud
  • In depth practical experience of Microsoft SQL implementations in Azure, including AOAG & PaaS Services.
  • Commitment to self-development and be enthusiastic about acquiring new skills and embracing new technologies.
  • Previous experience of 3rd Line support in an Infrastructure support team
  • Experience of working with Cloud Technologies such as Azure and AWS.
