Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are PGCE/QTS, NQTS/RQT are also welcomed to apply.

The Role

Inspiring learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage department.
Have the commitment to raising the standards in Reception.
Have excellent working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation and lower Key Stage 1 Curriculum.
Have energy, creativity and be able to apply this to the curriculum.
Be able to develop positive relationships across the school, with parents and external agencies to support pastoral care.
Developing an environment that is inclusive and build strong links with the local community.
Full classroom management, including attendance at staff meetings and extra-curricular activities.

Requirements
To be considered for the Reception Teacher, you will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), RQT/NQTS will be considered.
Will have recent experience working in Early Years or Lower Key Stage 1 and/or other relevant experience.
Will have excellent subject knowledge and be able to adapt.
Will contribute to developing appropriate behaviour using positive reinforcement.
You will require excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Will support children to become resilient and achieve through a variety and learning experiences.
Will support the safety of all children.
Good time management and organisational skills
