We are currently looking for a number of Assembly Operators to join a global Manufacturing business based in the Huddersfield area. Our client is a leading engineering manufacturer and specialise in the supply of components to various sectors.
Due to organic growth, we are currently seeking a number of Assembly Operators to join the team, this presents an outstanding opportunity for secure work, in a clean, friendly and organised environment, working with a business that values its workforce and is passionate about people development.
Duties of the Assembly Operator
Assembling a range of products to a high-quality standard
Working from written instructions and manufacturing tolerances
Use of hand and power tools
Working to manufacturing instructions and measurements
Ability to work on your own and as part of a teamExperience of the Assembly Operator:
You will have previous experience in assembly or gained from a similar environment
Good knowledge and experience of working with tape measures and verniers
Ideally you will have worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWhat's on offer for the Assembly Operator:
This role is offered on an initial 3-month basis, with a view to go temp to perm depending on the demands of the business
Fixed days 8am - 5pm shift pattern paying GBP9.95ph
Fixed nights 10pm - 6am shift pattern paying GBP12.43ph
