Digital Project Manager

Remote - 2 days per week Southampton office

Circa GBP40,000

A long established growth agency, powering ambitious technology clients to meet their business goals through content, digital marketing, websites, branding and graphic design. Based in Southampton, they have demonstrated strong performance in 2020 and are seeking to expand the team further in 2021 as part of an ambitious growth plan.

About the role

Working within the Client Services team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of technical projects, which include website launches, online tools and web applications, as well as onboarding clients with Hubspot software. Managing several projects at once, you'll:

Scope project requirements and prepare prices

*

Develop documentation including requirement specifications

*

Develop a detailed project roadmap and monitor progress

*

Generate reports for clients and colleagues

*

Collaborate with clients, internal teams and skilled freelancers to design, develop and implement the work

*

Book, brief and and manage team members

*

Communicate, persuade and influence to ensure all are on board with delegated tasks

*

Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues

*

Deliver projects on time, within budget and to a superb standard

*

Manage project handovers back to clients, including training

*

Seek learning opportunities and suggest new projects

About you

As a project manager, you'll be highly communicative and super-organised, bringing with you a strong repeatable process from which we can all learn. You'll have:

*

A proven track record in a similar role

*

Hands on experience with project management software

*

Familiarity with Content Management systems such as WordPress, as well as HTML/CSS

*

A solid understanding of SEO and Google Analytics, such that you can make data-driven decisions for website projects

*

A sound technical background with an ability to solve problems such as accessibility and compatibility issues

*

Excellent organization and time management skills

*

Collaboration, communication and team management skills

*

Strong commercial awareness and a track record of successful budget management

*

Great attention to detail

A BSc in Computer Science, Digital Marketing or relevant field is a bonus, as is knowledge of Hubspot!
