Role: Account Manager - Agrochemicals
Location: UK / EU - Remote
Salary: GBP45-55K dependant on experience +Bonus, Car/Allowance, 10% pension contributions

OVERVIEW
Eleven are working with an established Chemical Sales and Distribution company, who are looking for an Account Manager to oversee their Agrochemicals division.
With a strong existing client base, the main elements of the role are to make sure each individual customers' needs are looked after according to service level agreements, issue resolution, as well as giving technical advice and guidance.
There are growth opportunities within the existing and identified target clients, for our Client's existing and growing portfolio, so we are also looking for someone with commercial acumen, who is able to spot opportunities, and use their technical knowledge to grow accounts and develop new business.
The role is 100% remote / field based, with offices and clients based in the UK and Europe, we are looking for someone who is highly organised and self-motivated, and willing and able to do extensive travel within a role, but equally comfortable with video conferences where appropriate.
REMUNERATION
Salary is based on your demonstrable Account Management and Business Development experience within a relevant Chemicals industry role.
The company offer a strong Bonus scheme related to personal and company performance
There is an option of company car or allowance, as well as a strong contributory pension scheme and holiday allowance.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
* Degree qualified in technical discipline i.e. Chemistry, Chemical engineering etc
* Chemicals Industry experience within product / development based position
* In depth Chemical product knowledge - ideally Agrochemicals
* Demonstrable commercial success in account retention / growth / new business
* Excellent organisation and time management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Other languages desirable, not essential
