GBP90 - GBP130

The Role
Contribute to raising the standards in Year 2/3 across the Key Stage 1 department.
Developing and exploring the curriculum area to meet the expectations of the school.
Have excellent curriculum knowledge, with the ability to plan, prepare and deliver the full curriculum.
Assessment, monitor and adapt the curriculum to ensure that it inspires and challenges children.
Be able to develop positive relationships across the school, with parents and external agencies to support pastoral care.
Developing an environment that is inclusive and build strong links with the local community.

The school is a two-form entry with a staff team that comes together to plan and prepare for the curriculum areas. There is evidence across the school that demonstrates teamwork. The children learn through being around positive role models who have a passion for teaching and engaging children.
Requirements
To be considered for the Key Stage 1 Primary Teacher, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status PGCE (QTS), RQT/NQTS will be considered.
Will have recent experience working in Key Stage 1 or other relevant experience.
Have excellent subject knowledge.
Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Resilience and ability to commit to tasks.
Support the safety of all children.
Good time management and organisational skills
