Training Recruitment Manager
One of the biggest agencies in the country are supporting a new project / recruitment brand. If you are a recruiter looking for a new challenge this may be the role for you.
On a self-employed basis, we are looking for someone to train employees new to recruitment! However, you will also be billing at the same time but earning 80% of everything sale you covert.
You will be mentoring and helping develop others, while being able to earn 80% using all the resources of a large corporate agency - there will be no cost to you to have access to job advertising and CV search services.
If you want to earn money, have no Manager breathing down your back and want to work the hours - you want too but without the hassle or responsibility of owning our own business, then this is the role for you.
