Exciting opportunity with an expanding component based full service CRM solutions cloud based software co in Ascot Berkshire. They are looking to bring in an Account Manager to grow their accounts by adding services, bespoke development and bringing new products to their clients.

At the core of their products and solutions is a highly intelligent CRM solution that expands into a range of world class self service tools, event management, product management, call centre solutions, marketing, campaign management, product marketing and as we come out of Covid and events start coming back online there is a range of event management solutions which can uniquely capture people movement amongst othere things! Super exciting range of products and solutions

Clients range from A lister global mega brands to SME enterprises. Lots of opportunity for cross and upsell as they release new products and tools and to also get involved in client driven product development. This is the true mark of why their CRMS solutions are so effective and sucessful.

This role is focused on developing Key Accounts and expanding their product range into them.

Your Role

?? Engage Key Accounts, key stakeholders by phone, video and mail

?? Identify business opportunities / market trends and understand clients business goals

?? keep up to date with competitor analysis

?? Pitch to internal stakeholders

?? Put together RFIs, project plans, budgets with clients

?? Manage the technical teams and client stakeholders

?? A can-do, proactive, solutions orientated attitude and mind-set

?? Full customer relationship and development responsibility

The Experience Required

?? 5+ years in Account Management, Business Development

?? Project Management

?? Forecasting and planning

?? A natural curiosity in what the business drivers are for each individual client

?? Knowledge of CRM solutions, multi channel marketing

?? Flexibility, adaptability to change and make modifications in a fast paced environment

?? Team worker, team builder. Motivated to build successful strategies, be an open resource to your team, contribute ideas to other projects, be able to incorporate ideas into your own accounts

?? Excellent time management and prioritisation skills essential

?? Reliable and dependable for clients and your internal teams

?? Proven experience growing key accounts

?? Motivated to excel in all aspects of your work

?? Proven experience managing complex large Blue Chip accounts


You'll be split between the offices in Ascot/Bracknell, home based and some travel required to work with clients across the UK, predominantly based in the South East
